Below Average RV Site
There’s a lack of maintenance here. The trees are great, the lake is near. But you can’t access it because of the flooding, the food at the grill is good but limited. The sites are large but the pads are small, rocky and very unleveled. The full timers have a lot of junk laying around. For the money it’s twice as much as it should be. Try Loffers Bend, Corps of Engineers, on the other side of the lake.

One night ...everything else either closed or booked. Overall quiet except for the periodic blaring siren that I believe is triggered by the communications tower company abutting the park. The siren is an attempt to scare off the 50+ perching turkey buzzards that use the tower to spot their next meal. No picnic table; not a lot of room between sites. A but pricey for what you get. Otherwise seems fine.
