Two Night
Here for a wedding. Staff was very friendly and escorted us to our spot which was a pull through. It does look like there are many permanent residents and the spots a little snug but over all I have no issues with staying here again. It's close to a highway so you might hear some road noise.

Excellent Park...
Here for work, access from 35 is easy and location is perfect for DFW. Folks are friendly and helpful, bath and laundry facilities are nearly new, kept clean and well stocked. Roads are wide and blacktop, sites are concrete or stone and level, hookups solid and well located. They have a gym, dog park, pool and small kids area, all in excellent condition. I suggest to anyone coming thru for a night or a week.

One Of The Only RV Parks In North Dallas
Was a little expensive but since there are not a lot of other parks in the North Dallas area. Called & was able to get a reservation mid week for 2 nights starting that night. Park was full for our late arrival & some one was already parked in our spot. No emergency # to contact manager. We were able to take care of the issue so worked out. Park has very narrow spots would be a tight squeeze with some of the bigger rigs with double and triple slides. Some evidence of full timers, but everything appears well maintained.

Full Timer
Shady trees, pool looks fine. Restrooms and showers are under construction. Lots of permanent residents. Not somewhere that I would let my 14 year old daughter ride her bike alone.
OK for short stay or in town for work......

Good Location for Dallas & DFW
We needed a spot for 5 days with good access to north Dallas as well as the airport. This worked well for that, and not TOO expensive. Spots are a little cramped ... We had no picnic table, and not really enough room to put up our own, but were able to deploy our awning. Office help was outstanding, and the park is well kept. Pool was great, we had it all to ourselves and never saw it crowded. Had a great community room and scheduled activities, but we didn't join in. There was a small play area with one baby swing, a slide, and 2 big kid's swings. Would stay here again if the need arises.

Traveler
We needed a place to stay for the night to recharge our battery empty the tanks and get more fresh water. Called the same day we were going to be in thd area and they were able to accommodate us. Arrived after the office was closed but that wasnt a problem they have an after hours number to call and on site staff. The only snag we ran into was our sewer hose is only 15' and we were about 3' short. The staff helped us out with a new extenda hose instead of sending us down the road to "Wally World" thank you for that! :) the only negative about the park is on the map they have laundry bathrooms and showers mentiond but those facilities are closed and inoperable :(
All in all a good spot for the night at a reasonable cost. I would recommend this place to any fellow travelers.

Crowded but decent park. Not the greatest but not the worst. Quiet and they do background checks so that's nice. On site laundry is ok and electric pedestals are alright. Pool is empty and tore up. Lots of full time residents. If you don't care about pulling out your awning it's an ok place to stay. Pricey 560mo u pay electric kWh 800 they pay kWh
