Pet Owners Be Aware

We called to make reservations and would not allow us to stay at their spot because of the breed of our dog. If they did their research they would know the breed of our dog is one of the best family pets. So disappointing for those traveling and need a spot to stay. The Cane Corso is docile and affectionate toward his family, including children. To get him to that point requires socialization and training from an early age. The Corso is highly intelligent.

Nice North Dallas Spot

Loved It

Great park with lots of amenities. Each space has it's own yard. The spaces are level and easy to negotiate. Modern, clean and well-maintained by a staff who are friendly and accommodating. Very nice, large... and clean (!) dog park. We loved the place and will stay again! Finally, I note that one of the reviewers gave it only two stars because he thought it to be too pricey and DIDN'T EVEN STAY THERE. People who give bad reviews with no actual knowledge of a facility are a pet peeve of mine since they artificially skew ratings downward. You get what you pay for.

Not For Us

We are used to trees and space at parks that charge $60 a night. This is a parking lot with a small park. It was clean and staff is friendly but it is overpriced for what you get.

Excellent

Very nice park. Sites were gravel and very level, great grass, 50/30 amp service. No cable, but got plenty of local channels via antenna. Large park, but it didn’t feel as if we were on top of each other. Really nice dog park. Had a little pond. No store onsite. Nice bathrooms. Very nice pool along with a outdoor area with a fireplace. Overall we really liked this park.

Nice Stay

We stayed here for 1 month. No complaints except for the rate. They did help us out providing 1 month stay for just a bit over the 2 week cost. Location can make traveling to shops/stores or other destinations can be difficult due to backups on 380. They do not allow streaming on WiFi.

Pretty Good , Quite 4.5 Stars

Sites are nice and wide with plenty of room for parking. Quite! Nice pool and rec area. Very clean, they were patching several holes in the roads throughout the park. The sewer drains are crazy, they protrude from the ground at about 45 degree angle from the fmground about 6" to 9" high at the back of the back in sites. Main tmroad out to 380 is very busy at the red light

Great Park, friendly service!

Great RV Park, with great amenities. Shower house was very clean! Staff was extremely nice and friendly. We have a 43ft 5th wheel, and was easy to get in and out. We will definitely be back!

Nice place, quiet

Stayed there in February for almost 2 weeks. Nice laundry and shower facilities. Was too cold to use the pool. Nice paved streets and gravel sites. Had good wifi and TV reception. Was a quiet place to stay
