Mrs.
DO NOT STOP- Keep going. We heard a gun shot & loud yelling at 4:00 a.m., right outside our RV. Looking out the front window, my husband saw a man with a glock by his side. The RV park is very dirty, old, & not maintained. Some people do not pick up after their dogs. It’s evident because I stepped in dog crap on the gravel road. The restrooms looked clean, but had a very old & unclean stench. Our site had a dilapidated picnic table with lots of used Q-tips surrounding it. Lots of full time residents with clutter in their site & window units in their rigs. The noise from I-10 is the loudest I have ever heard. It sounded like a train or thunder every 2 minutes- all night long. Our ac could not over power the noise. Scary place & we will NOT return. If I could give them a 0, I would!

I didn't even know that this was a KOA campsite until I got there. For a Rv campsite it was good. Level rv site on gravel. Great dog park! Nice pool and lounge area. The People living there were nice/ friendly. I would recommend this as a good park to stay at while you visit Katy or Houston.

This was a very nice park, do not be afraid to stay. Pluses clean big parking spots, friendly staff, very nice dog park(many city's could take a hint), nice pool (did not use). Negatives, maybe yes they have many full timers and yes some of them have stuff around their unit but it did not give you the cluttered feeling. All around a nice park.

Very Nice Park
This a very nice park. Park does have a lot of full timers. But everything is very well kept. Has a fenced area for large and small dogs so you can turn them loose. A pond with a walking track. Pool and hot tub looked inviting but with thunder storms couldn’t take advantage of it. Didn’t use cable or internet. Will be back if in the area.

Campers Beware
This park has many permanent residents with window units, trash, and junk all around their campsite. The sites are unlevel with rock and dirt. They say not to park on the grass but there is no grass! The photos shown are NOT current. The workers claim they have new owners and they are not pleasant. This park is extremely congested like sardines, dirty, and rough! The police were called both nights we stayed!!! My family and I will NOT be back!

Very Good Park
Three nights here in site 102 and the interstate noise was just background. I might say something different if we were on the long row next to I-10. The map in the photo is not current. WiFi in our site was outstanding.

It Will Do For A Night
Stopped as an overnight on our way through. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Advertised as having a pool and a playground which my son desperately needs after an eight hour drive. Pool had lots of cigarette butts floating around in it and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Playground equipment was rusty and in disrepair. We went on a walk instead and enjoyed talking to a couple of the other campers.

Nice But A Bit Noisy
Very nice park with pond and grassy area. All major amenities. Seems to be well kept and well managed. Only down side is hiway and siren noise. We were also located at the first site, so EVERYONE had to pass us to get to their site, which added to the noise. If staying more than a night, suggest asking for a site toward the back.

Overnight visitor
Easy off I 10. Many old site and all new sites were pull-thru for 40ft RV with GMC Yukon in tow. Be aware old site could require at least a 20 ft septic hose. My 20 was broken and needed to use my 10 ft. Site management moved me with my choice of several sites. That worked nicely and working with check-in and reservation folks was exceptionally courteous and a pleasure. Fine establishment.
I had no regrets for my choice, only enjoyment.

Easy access off I-10. Tight pull-thru if you don't want to unhook but new spots in rear look better. They were empty tho so harder to tell. Would have appreciated one of those more. Nice path around pond. No dog park.

Very Nice Clean Park
This is a very nice clean park. A little spendy for an over night stay. $38 with a Good Sam discount. Easy access off I 10. Fairly level gravel pull through sites. Very low noise from the freeway.
