I am driving the 880 miles from West Texas to East Texas on I-10 in my RV. I stayed a couple of nights in Walmart parking lots. But on my third night out I wanted to take a good shower so I stayed at this Campground. So far it has been excellent. Tess met me at the office and was super kind and friendly getting me checked in. I asked for a pull through site so I did not have to disconnect my car. I have not walked around the camp, but from what I could see it is well maintained and clean. Here is a big tip:
Come in from the East side Sealy. Use the Waller Rd exit at the flying J. Apparently that route keeps you on paved roads. Do not use Route 36 North out of Sealy, or any other exit west of Sealy. They will take you down a very nasty, bumpy, gravel Road. I even crossed a one-lane wooden bridge that I prayed to make it across.
