South Shore Park, Bastrop

Stayed here for one night. $45 for an rv spit and they didn't care that my rig is just a van. I actually had some engine trouble while I was there and they were so kind to me. Check out is supposed to be 11am but they allowed me to deal with my van without making me feel bad about it. I never even got to see any amenities but still Would absolutely recommend based solely on the way I was treated while there

We just got back and loved everything about it. We will definitely be back!!

Love This Place!

Really nice little park. The pads are paved and each site has a nice picnic table, grill, and fire ring, all of which looked fairly new. There is a mini golf course, kinda pricey, but a nice feature for the kids. The kayak and paddle board rentals are very reasonable and the day use area is so nice! The water is really clear. Such a nice park. We'll definitely be back!

One Of My Favorite Central TX Places

Bathrooms are clean and well maintained and private. There are not a huge amount of campsites so the park doesn't get to crowded. We'll definitely be heading back.
