Can’t Go Wrong
I have stayed here twice. Very clean, quiet and friendly owners. Right off the 71 freeway across from Circuit of America. New place so no amenities. There is a laundry room and a playground. All concrete and good spacing between sites. 5 minutes from the airport and 15 to 20 minutes to downtown Austin. I will always stay here when in the area.

On It's Way!
Spent a night here. Very clean and new. So new there are no restrooms or showers, just a porta-potti. However, you can see that there is work underway and those amenities are coming. 4 stars for now, 5 when work is done!

A Good Launch For City Jaunts
We booked this spot and found it to have a very welcoming vibe and is a short Uber ride from downtown Austin. They were also very accommodating when we decided to leave early and refunded the difference. Good trustworthy businesspeople, and a peaceful place to stay.

Happy Campers
Spent 2 weeks here in April of 19. A hidden gem to say the least. Close to anything and everything. A little road noise in the AM, but manageable. Will be returning soon. 45’ toy hauler. Plenty of room.

This place is small, quiet and great, it looks like they are working on expansion. Close to the airport and feels like a safe spot. Thanks to Mike the owner, we were able to store/stay a few nights without having to worry. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Mike! Yes

Southern Hospitality
We really enjoyed our time passing through Austin. Mike was quick to confirm a spot and checked in on us as soon as we arrived. As others have said it is still pretty rustic but has full hookups and is close to downtown. Perfect for us to pop in on the grand kids. Will return.

A Great Place To Stay
My boyfriend & I have been staying here for almost 2 months now. Work had brought us to our first time in Austin & we had originally planned on only staying at Austonia for about a month. Since arriving to the RV park, we met Josie who lives in a tiny house on the property, & takes care of the campers & maintenance. She is welcoming, easy to get along with, giving & skilled in painting & plumbing. She makes sure we’re always taken care of & have everything we need. The owner of the property, Mike, is also very friendly & laid back. He’s a professional businessman but is understanding and try’s to find a solution to everyone’s needs. We quickly felt like family & have now decided to stay much longer. Not only are the people here great, we also love the location. We are surrounded by land & beautiful cows & horses. We’re only 10 mins away from the airport & 15-20 mins away from downtown. The property still has to develop & has huge plans since it’s newer but it’s a great place to stay!

Small, But Big Aspirations
Just a few sites but they are big and separated nicely. Sewer for long term coaches is at the end of the site as well is electricity. Lots of development planned and this could a very nice place when it's done. Communication was good and accommodating special requests. Cheaper than the surrounding parks. The only drawback for me was that they only had 1x30A on the post and I needed a 30A plus a 20A to run both AC's. The other site was free though.
Reply from owner/manager: Thanks James. We just added 4 pull-throughs with 50amp / water / septic so keep us in mind next time you pass through. And as you mentioned we'll have our full set of pads and amenities built out later in 2019 across 31 acres. Look forward to hosting you again.

Rustic Yet 15 min From Downtown
Currently small number of sites, but that's part of it's charm and what we likes. Big sites and beautiful rustic acres to see wildlife and walks on farm/woods. Loved our stay and enjoyed the other campers and worker. Very nice and friendly site
Reply from owner/manager: Thanks for the review and we look forward to hosting you in the future!
