I’m not sure why this place does not have a better rating! I don’t normally do reviews even though I rely on them, but feel compelled to on this one! Office was super polite and helpful. We got disconnected and they immediately called me back. The place is ADORABLE, cozy and very clean and I am super picky. Did not use bathrooms or showers in that we have a big rig and tow a truck and yes it was a little confusing coming in but we also came in at night and could not see very good. Yes pull through was a little confusing also as mentioned in previous review you pull through on an angle but it all worked out just fine. Again I think had we come in during day time I do t think there would have been any confusion. Loved it here so cute!

Wrong Number In App

Tried the phone number in this app. Never got an answer. Checked website and number is different. Answered right away. Been here for 2 weeks now. Nice and quiet park setting in middle of town. Asked for pull thru. Their version is an actual pull in. You have to come in at an angle then straighten up. All hookups easy. No mention that 2nd laundry site us out of order. No signs. Bathrooms are large, clean and hot water abundant. Not very pleasing to the eyes. Tile and plaster broken in areas.

Beautiful But Expensive

Gorgeous sites with lots of trees/shade. Only spent one night so thought it was pricey but rates may be lower for longer stays. Lots of residents (would be a great place to stay during winter months for the snowbirds). Finding office was confusing. Site was relatively level, full hookup & cable. Pull through not straight: you pull through one spot then curve left (or right) into your spot. Plenty of parking for additional vehicles.

Nice PA Park In The Centre Of DFW

Great staff; thanks Cathy. Our site needed just a little leveling and was full hook-up, plus a picnic table. Bathroom near office is ordinary, but there are nicer bathrooms in the middle of the property. We did not want to drive our C Class into the city, so instead we drove 25 mins to Westmoreland Train Station and parked for free in the carpark, without any problems. $5 day ticket into Dallas and good on train, bus and light rail. Could have parked at 6th Floor Museum Carpark for $8, but would have meant driving into city. Park is close to big shopping and lots of restaurants. Close to I20 but no motorway noise. Passport America discount made this park good value at $31.

Great service, all experience w office staff and maintenance crews was polite and helpful. Great residents in park too. Quiet and pretty. Priced a little more but location, location, location makes it very convenient

Bad Business, Will Never Book Here Again

Had reservations made over a month in advance for our trip to Arlington. A week before we were to arrive, our truck broke down on our way there from Louisville. Truck was out of commission for over a week, meaning we would not be able to stay. I called 4 days prior to our scheduled check in time to cancel, and they would not refund my full deposit. Don't understand why you simply cannot refund a full deposit, especially when it's out of my control that we couldn't make it. Will never plan on staying there again. Hope you all need that $11 more than us.

Right There

This park is right in the middle of the metroplex. Easy access to The Cowboys and Rangers ballparks. Older park but well kept. We staid three nights in one of their pull through spaces. Will stay again.
