Could be a really nice park. Water pressure was extremely weak.. Rates seem to increase by $50 between the time you check in and the time you leave. I have nothing to hide but We'll never pay an extra $25 person for a background check. There are plenty of rv parks down the road.

Only Select Campers

Only allows 34ft campers and needs to be Less than 10 years old. Otherwise don't waste your time with this place. Hopefully they will change their policy someday.

Best Park We Found In The Area

We looked at most every RV park from the north of Rockport down to Port Aransas and felt lucky that we were able to get a site here for the winter. We arrived in mid December 2018. Only $450/month + electric. Several parks in the area charge more and you get a whole lot less as far as amenities go and as far as community participation. They have a great clubhouse here with fantastic facilities and lots of things to participate in most every day if you are the social type. All concrete roads and sites. No cable TV though, but good reception for over the air channels and fast wifi at our site in the middle of the park. Very friendly staff.
