Great campground. Large sites with raked gravel and leaves blown off of site before you arrive. Host very friendly. Arrived around 2 and were allowed to go to site. Nice picnic tables on concrete, fire pit and small table provided for your grill. Half price with senior pass! Water and electricity were great! Nice lake access and playground. Quiet area. Sites have trees between sites so you don’t feel right on top of neighbors. We will def go back!

Rude Customer Service
Gate attendant won’t even let you drive through to see if you’d like to camp there in the future.

Not So Nice Anymore
This use to be THE place to stay in Hermitage with beautiful scenery and sites. Stayed here 2 years ago and came back for a couple of days this year. The grounds are mostly just dirt reminding me of a dust bowl. It's unkept and former campers have left their garbage. It states no early check in so they can clean. It's not working.

Being from Nashville, we have several COE campgrounds to choose from. We love Seven Points. The new 3 PM check in rule backs traffic up in the afternoons. So, if you are already in, avoid returning at or near that time. You will still sit in line...no fasttracking. Enjoyed 10-day stay! Will return for sure....several times a year!!

Strict 3pm Check In- Check Time Zone
We arrived carefully after 3pm, so we thought, after reading the strict no admittance before 3pm. Evidently we had traveled into a different time zone and arrived at 2:25. The attendant was too happy to tell us to leave the premises until after 3. I explained we knew about the 3pm rule but were on a diff time zone. Our bad. We had a heck of a time turning around in the dump loop to exit. Had to disconnect our vehicle. After being on the road all day to go through all this. We were told to get out of the park, go back to the interstate or whatever we had to do. They seem to enjoy enforcing this rule. We tried hard to avoid their opportunity to do so but still got jacked in the end.

We stayed 5 nights on a very lovely, spacious site, a short walk to the beach. The campground is clean and well maintained. Although close to Nashville, it is quiet and peaceful. The only drawback was the design of the showers and laundry. There is no curtain between the shower and changing space. Also there are no benches in the shower stall area, although there is one by the sinks. There was only one outlet at the sinks. The single washer and dryer are outside. That being said, if we are ever in the Nashville area again, we will stay at Seven Points.

Full Timers
This was a GREAT campground! The sites were very large and we lucked out and got one right on the water! We were only 10 minutes from downtown Nashville. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Army Corps of Engineers!

Narrow Road
Though the sites were quite large, the one way loop road is very narrow. With most sites being back-ins, traffic back-ups become an issue when getting into and departing your site. Loading/connecting or disconnecting your toad can make someone late for work in the morning. Also, the dump station is narrow and can be difficult to maneuver; it also needs a limb trim. Would probably look elsewhere in the area before staying again.

The Best
This was our first time camping and it was beautiful! Nicely spaced and quiet. The man who checked us in was so helpful. I wish they were open year round. I know I'll be making reservations early next year and staying longer. Everything I hoped for and more.

Very nice and inexpensive place. Sites are far apart. The lake is beautiful. Water and electricity hookups could be far from your RV. Make sure you have extensions.

Beautiful campground!! Spacious sites, only stayed one night , awesome price , would totally recommend this campground! Only thing disappointing, was the "hosts" wouldn't help me back my camper in , told me to find help with other campers ... THANKFULLY a nice man came & helped me.. hosts are supposed do more than just sit in the gate house ... hopefully they have more helpful hosts next season

Very Nice Campground
Very nice Campground. This is COE Campground. All sites are paved with cement picnic tables and fire pits. Some sites are difficult to back into from the road. There are many sites lakeside. The roads to the Campground are through city residential streets. Park is quiet and clean. But this is a very busy park and would recommend calling for reservations.

Trees need cut back on the roads from highway to park. Had to ride in the middle of two lane road to stay out of the trees. Nice campground on the water.
