WOW, Have Things Changed!
I stayed here in 2018...beautiful park at $35. Today...it's an RV trailer park. Lots of junk piled around dirty, mossy campers. Kids riding bikes literally right through your campsite with such entitlement. Fire ring full of trash, food on the ground and dog poop right by the patio welcoming the folks that pulled in next to us...obviously no one "policed" the sites before we arrived. There's no landscaping anywhere other than the immediate area around the office. Property is fully covered with small crusher run gravel and associated "rock dust" that gets tracked in your camper. Transient sites (upper 80's) are much shorter than you expect and drop off at the front. With the entire campground using the bath house and laundry fulltime, don't count on that being convenient either. So sad for what it once was and I wouldn’t expect these owners to even read and care about reviews. I simply post this for those scanning for a decent place to camp for a night. We will not return. Trashy.

Good Stop, Just Know…
This is a nice, wooded location an easy hop to the city. There are a lot of full-time or at least month to month people here, and let’s talk about that. Generally my only issue with these folks is that they are settled in to a point that it’s less like an outing and more like an established neighborhood, where you are the outsider. People all know each other, but not you. People are settled in with their pink flamingo statues and their HOME SWEET HOME signs, which has a certain charm. But the familiarity also makes people know and push the limits of propriety. Folks often drive too fast, park haphazardly, play music too loud and let animals run amok. Campers are often old and run down. These are all examples of what I experienced in my 22 hours here. All in all there always seem to be ick factors that come with staying among full timers. I would still stay here again, and do recommend them. Just know what you’re getting in to here.

Mixed Review
On the plus side, you can book your stay online, sites have pretty level concrete pads. You can “lock” the site you want by paying an additional charge. Strong WiFi signal. Quiet. Some concerns. This time of year the office area is only open between 12 and 6 pm. We are a 41 foot Class A pulling a car. The streets and sites are VERY tight. Side yards are all gravel. We paid for an extra wide lot so we could open our slides. Had to detach car. They appeared to have one super lot that could have accommodated the tow car. Of course had another added charge. Finally, we intentionally picked this campground because they advertised cable service. Cable service went out multiple times during the evening. A smaller rig would have fared better than we did. Too expensive for what we got.

Nice
Stayed one night traveling through Tennessee. Office hours are limited so pay attention to their Camp ground information. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our site was perfect. A pull through site on concrete and streets are paved. Swimming pool was exceptionally clean but don’t expect it to be heated. Camp ground has easy access to I-75 and the same exit has a Pilot fuel station which is RV accessible.

Horrible Costly Experience
We made a reservation for one night en route to Florida. Requested a 50 amp full hookup site by phone. We were told we would have sauté #91. Was told to bring a check for $46. And they would leave instructions for us because we were later than 6 pm. Upon arrival about 7 pm, there were no instructions. We were able to find the site and hooked up. WiFi was horrible even tho i we had requested being close to antenna and were told we had a great spot (wrong). Also had no access to shower house because of no code. Tried calling and got an answer i hug machine. Did not get a callback. Horrible and costly experiences. Won’t stay here again.

Definitely Stay Here...
Passing through on the way to the Ark and you should put this on your stay list. Personal are super friendly and helpful. Serviced the propane then escorted us to our spot. They support all branches of the military. Got a great Army hat by the by. And they rocked out a recommendation for chow. Staying only the night but this is a no brainer multiple night stay. Travel safely...

Headed South
Good place, like above comments. Very close but can’t beat it for the price. Easy in, easy out, excellent host.

Easy Access
Stopped overnight on our way down south. The place was clean and well-maintained. Included a concrete pad, electricity, water, Wi-Fi and cable TV. The spots were just a little too close together for my liking. It was raining so we moved on.

Stopped for a night on our travels with a 25 ft RV and was very surprised how nice this place is. It is easy on and off I-75 relatively quiet with lots of trees. Nice spot with concrete pad, WiFi, cable, clean washrooms and showers and great price and friendly hostess. There is a store but didn’t get a chance to check it out really and a swimming pool. Nice stay and would definitely come back here again.

Well Maintained Older Park
Very clean older park and great for a day or two layover. Lots of long-term residents but good income for the park and no issues with us. Clean grounds and well stocked store. Great location close to Knoxville. Showers are very small but clean with good hot water. Everything looks bare in the winter but this place looks like it would be gorgeous in summer. Great managed landscaping.
