Beautiful Spot
Stayed for one night in May. Road was tight, but able to navigate and back the 40' Class A into a spot. No cell service *Sprint/TMobile, but a nice dispersed campground in the trees with no hookups. Each site had a fire pit and picnic table. Campground host was very nice and accommodating as well. Approximately 25-30 minutes from Crazy Horse and Rushmore. Dispersed Sites
This is a great spot for camping without any hookups. The sites are gravel and far apart. There is water on site but they encourage people to use them only by filling containers not the actual rig holding tanks. We have a 32’ motorhome and had no issues getting in/out or level. The camp host is super nice and available if needed. There are pit toilets. We stayed 3 nights. Pets are an extra $2 each night. Picnic tables and fire rings are on each site. We booked online. Great location for visiting Custer State Park.

Comanche park
Very nice campground for dry camping no hookups. We spent one night there while traveling to Mt Rushmore. They do have a few water spickets available to fill your tanks and very primitive bathrooms.
