It’s a serve yourself kind of run down campground. Gravel, and the neighbor’s leaking water flooded our spot so we can’t level or put out our slide😩 out. there’s no one to talk to in the tiny office. Called but only a voicemail so I left a message. I would stay away

We came to stay here for the Carolina game and was pleasantly surprised with everything. I wouldn’t say it’s not big rig friendly if you know how to drive love our spot new owners are wonderful hosts gold how to position my 5 th wheel to be easy to level we will be back

Great Place

We passed through this place on way to our home in TN. Owner was super. We got in at just after 8 and they greeted us as we pulled in even though there office closed at 6. Nice long pull thru. Would definitely use them again.

We went to Woodsmoke Family Campground for the solar eclipse. Couldn't have chosen a better place. The host went out of their way to make everyone welcome. They were truly the example of what America needs. They took the high road and did not rise their prices for the eclipse because "it wasn't the right thing to do." In addition, during the eclipse they road around in their ATV passing out ice water and freezer pops to the children. I've camped in 48 of the states, and they were the nicest hosts I've had the pleasure of meeting. In just 3 days l felt like I was a part of their family.

Friendly owners, but looks like maintenance stopped about six years ago. Wouldn't stay here again.
