Could Be Better
Sites are small and close together. The golf kart traffic is outrageous and that is an understatement. The water pressure was eehh.
I dont think we would stay here again.
The sites were pretty level and not hard to get into. Just too much traffic with the golf karts

Husband and I stayed here for a little over 2 weeks at the end of July (7/12-7/31).
The owners are very nice, however, we left Wolf's when we were told we were going to be moved from our pull in Site #132 to a back in Site #G69 (not on the map... maybe long term living area). The site they wanted to move us into did seem to be more quiet / less high traffic area, but the deep ditch we would have had to first go over backing into the site would have taken our stabilizers right off of our 26ft travel trailer!
The "rent" for a month there in July was $725 and they "pro-rated" our little over 2 weeks to $664 (power, water, etc. included in this price but STILL... come on!
Sites are too close together. Golf carts are driven around the campgrounds 24/7 - not joking - and CHILDREN under 10 years old are driving them around and texting / racing each other. We couldn't even sit outside to relax, esp on the weekends.
The heated pool and the hot tub are nice, but nothing spectacular.

We needed a one night stopover on our way home to Dallas with electricity for air conditioning because it was hot. The staff was Friendly and helpful with a great weekday rate. It’s right off of I-80. Worked out great for us!

Close to highway! Easy in and out for a night. Residence places are junky.

Open Field Camping - Good For golfers
Another reviewer had $25 listed. That's not a weekend rate and only for renters. If you want a site, which is mixed with a large number of seasonal full time campers and have electricity, it's $45/Nite. Showers and restrooms are not A/C so can be very humid and hot! There is a coin operated laundromat on site. Restrooms are far apart and most residents use gold carts to get around. It is close to freeway but not as close as your local neighborhood campfire.

Close By Highway
Wolf's is right of the highway. Convenient but it also means you'll hear traffic. The showers were clean. We'd stay here again.
