We stayed 3 nights. We used this as a base to see the Columbia Gorge and Multnomah Falls. This is a very clean and well-maintained facility. Park rangers pass through and check the park several times a day, and the camp hosts do the same, except they go to vacated camp sites and pick up trash that was left, and make sure the site is tidy for the next camper. Restrooms and showers were clean. Full hookups and many pull- through sites. I saw several large rigs in the pull- through sites. There is some railroad noise but the trains aren't typically blowing horns- just chugging past. It wasn't disturbing to us- we had a fan running during the night and it drowned the noise adequately. An excellent park overall!

Great Place To Stay In Gorge
Stayed at Ainsworth for 2 days. This is a very well maintained campground. Very clean, nice sites and the Rangers were friendly and helpful. A little road and train noise but didn't bother us too much. Would stay there again.

Close to Multnomah Falls
Very nice campground with full hookups. Tons of hiking in the area. Very wooded, lush and green. We would stay longer next time.
