Just OK
Came in on a Sunday night without a reservation. Got lucky and found the one spot in the park that wasn't already occupied. Tiny, no table. We left our money in an envelope under the office door, and we be gone early, so I guess they'll never know a 1962 rebuild classic was enhancing the quality of their park all night!

BayHill Rv
Stayed here for the summer. I made reservations about 6 months ahead. Our spot was already rented for a few days in July and again during the total eclipse so we had to find other parking. I knew that going in, so not a big problem. The park is mostly permanent residents. They keep outside clutter to a minimum so it is not trashy. We started out in one Rv and bought a different one while here. Management didn't have a problem with the change over. Neighbors were friendly and the park was very quiet. It appears that they leave several sites close to the office open for overnighters. Full hookups with 30 amp. You connect hot. The breakers are in a central box behind one of the spaces. Not what I like to do but it was ok.
We may stay here again if we want to stay in the Newport area.

Right In Oldtown
This large rv park is occupied almost completely by seasonal residents. The few overnight sites are small and dont have tables or fire rings. It is very convenient to the marina, the condos, and the old town tourist area. They never asked how old our rig is. The place was full in september on a week night so reservations are recommended. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Same complaint, to goody for a show quality classic airstream, Go take a flying leap in a dry pool , avoid this place if its not a new rv.

Would not rent to us as our rebuilt 1969 camper was too old for them. Spent our money at seal rock rv park where we had an awesome month. Leave these snobs to themselves.
