Great Camping

When we first pulled in we were no so sure of this place lots of full timers. Our first impression was so off. Great place to stay . Having the restaurant and store on site was great. Very friendly people. No shade so make sure you bring some.

I would not stay there if Chris Barnett paid me he is a no good person.

Previous Camper

Used to camp every year when it was time for the boat races w/a whole group of us. Much fun & always looked forward to going. At the time Mike owned the resort. New owner hasn't kept up on anything!!! Prices have gone up as well therefore we won't be going back!

Excellent Stay For A Month

Here for month of October which was very beautiful and peaceful. Not crowded. On lake. Great and friendly staff. Can walk to town rent boat for 40 per hour. Also we walked to grocery store in town as well. Enjoy dunes in area. Rent quad. Older but clean bathroom. Pub on site. Good pizza.

Nice But...

Nice but pricey for what you get. Concrete and wind. Unless you plan to stay and participate in the local activities then just find someplace less expensive!

Nice Park, Pub & Restaurant

Very friendly and efficient staff. Spacious sites, great food, nice pub and lovely atmosphere!

Place Is Wonderful

Stayed here for 3 nights. The place is beautiful. Right near the water and have some beautiful nature sounds. There is not a lot of room between sites, but you do get a picnic table and fire pit. The wifi worked wonderfully, the laundry room was clean, and the pub was alot of fun! Highly recommend. If you have Good Sam there is a discount.

Frequent Traveler

Wow, wish that person who said bad stuff has a better day. We love this resort and the new owners are making this resort spectacular with remodeling and updates. Yes the park was needing a refresh and they are a new resort and do not offer memberships. They are a resort with regular stays but offer Military discounts, passport America, Good Sam Club, AOR and others. We are Good Sam club members and we have never seen so many amenities. The Pizza restaurant and Pub is fabulous and now they are putting in a coffee shop. Keep up the great work and thanks keeping Osprey great. I would give you 10 stars if I could.

Park is NOT A RESORT. Stayed here over15 years ago and it was so nice of area I bought an RV lot in what is known as the village. One of the pictures on here is of the village. Things were great for many years until this con man Chris Barnett supposedly bought the park, said there is no longer an HOA which was recorded with Coos County in 1998, and he was going to charge deeded property owners what ever he wanted including a resort fee. Do NOT trust anything he says and especially don't buy a membership in his con. He has several lawsuits against him and his wife Stephanie who also is a liar and can't be trusted. Stay here at your own risk with all the drunks every night.

What a wonderful place to stay! The park is clean and has the best wifi I have ever experienced. You can actually stream video! The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a quiet park and you'll love the Milky Way at night!

We had a great stay here. Park is clean as are the laundry and restroom facilities. On site restaurant/pub with delicious pizza. Our site faced the dock and we enjoyed fishing from the dock and we were able to get the licenses at the office. Stayed for $27 a night with PA membership for 3 nights. A beautiful campground that was nice and quiet. Would stay again. I did notice the resident area as mentioned in previous reviews and the area did look a little shabby but not too bad. Just old campers but their areas were picked up and not junky.

Best RV spot on Oregon coast. This Resort truly has everything you want and a Pub & Pizza Place on site which is very rare . Great views and food. Yum!

5th Wheelers

Rocksand, is the greatest! Telephoned her to make a reservation. She got us a 5th Wheel site. I talked with Rocksand over the telephone, she is the greatest!!! Getting my wife and I a place to stay over the 4th of July Week was Wonderful! My Wife And I Thank You!!! Sincerely, Karl And Margaret Dittner.
