Everything We Hoped For

We were looking for a quiet full hookup on the beach. Oceanside RV Resort delivered on all counts. Reasonable $$, EZ and friendly Check-in, spacious sites and clean amenities. We'll be back :)

Great place. Lots of money being spent on improvements from paved roads, new wifi system, new power pedastals, landscaping, and updating showers and office. Staff is great. Been coming here for 21 years and the last 2 years have been major changes for the better. Love the beach and the quiet area.

Expected More

The campground is close to the ocean beach however campsites super close to one another. A few groups had dogs running loose so obviously the rule of keeping a dog on a leash are not enforced.

Dog friendly, Small clean park, steps from the beach. The dogs love running free on this beach!

Very Nice & Serene

This was one of the prettiest campsites we stayed in. Very close walk to the beach. Breathtakingly beautiful

Nice beach access, good location. Friendly staff and nice office/gift area. Lots of plumbing issues, last year as well as this year. Hot water ran out one day. I like this place a lot, just seems the bathroom maintenance/ plumbing is neglected.

Turn away by Price

We called on the way and heard the price and went someplace else.

Great Experience

We were at Oceanside a couple of nights during our family road trip with our kids down the OR coast. We stayed a couple of nights a few years ago and were lucky to be able to stay a couple nights this time. We camped in our tent and were up in the tent section the first night T23 and the second night we got a spot on the beach T43. We explored the tide pools on the south side of the beach along the rock during low tide. Only down side was the WiFi did not work in the tent areas.

Tent Sites Right On The Beach

Great beach access for RVers and beach camping for tent campers. A really pretty beach with a private cove and rocks to climb. A little pricey but good Wi-Fi and full set of amenities.

Great Beach Access

Beautiful beach just 30 steps from several of the trailer sites, and several of the tent sites are right on the beach. RV sites are basic: gravel pad, picnic table, fire pit... no vegetation between sites, but campers are quiet and courteous. One yurt and two very large tent-like structures available. Some pull-thru sites. Office has snacks, souvenirs, and some RV supplies (yes higher price than Amazon but nice when needed!). Staff was very courteous. There is also an on-site vendor/shack that offers burgers, chowder and fish-n-chips, which was great. Overall really enjoyed our stay.

Okay

Nothing special but okay. It's clean and staff is really professional and polite but I would go state park near by next time. Why? I think the state park sites are simply nicer.

Oceanfront

Stayed here last night for one night. Parked very close to beach. Could hear waves and sea lions all night. Nice bathrooms. Gem of a place. Loved the leash free walks for my dog on the beach

Great Spot

Such a great off the beaten path park. Walk to the beach from any site is only a few steps away. The back in sites are a bit tight for your truck & camper. Would stay here again. Very clean & nicely kept.

Great Spot Right By The Beach

We stayed two nights here and really enjoyed it. Our site was near the beach, so it was just a quick walk down the path to a clean and peaceful beach. They did warn us to lock everything up and not to leave our valuables in the truck because there was an attempted break in the night before. However, they do have security and we felt safe. Wifi signal was strong and our site was well maintained. We'd definitely stay again.

Must Stay!

Loved it here! Perfect beach for kids! Definitely coming back.

Lovely Location!

Hard to beat the location here, easy path to a gorgeous beach off-leash for dogs. Amenities for RVers were first rate. Only downside was sand which goes with beach location.

2nd Trip

Did our second trip to Oceanside and it is still great. Love how close it is to the beach. Would be nice if there was more grass in the sites however, the sand tends to get everywhere.

Awesome Stay!

The staff is great and accommodating! Located right on the beach with easy access. The lots are large with ample room as to not intrude with your neighbors. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry room are clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this RV park if you are looking to stay in this area.

Love It

Love this campground. We live in Sacramento and last year made the jaunt to Coos Bay (498 miles) to meet up with family from the Seattle area. We are making this jaunt again this year to meet up with family again and chose this campground specifically because of our first trip. We will be back again.

Really nice place. Good showers Laundry was nice. The beach here was really cool.
