Clean And Quaint
Quiet, clean & quaint. Hosts Pat & Sherri were friendly & helpful. Well-stocked resort store across the road. There is no cell service here which was kinda nice. Easy to see the sights at Newberry Volcanic Monument.

Paulina Mt. Stop
Glad we took the detour off the 97 to East Lake. Nice RV park in the trees near the lake. Easy to find, navigate, park and level out. The cashier at the lil store was super nice, full of knowledge and helpful Did a couple nice hikes: Big Obsidian Flow & Paulina Falls.

Good Park
Stayed for 4 nights in August. Park was clean and quiet. Nothing fancy. All sites seemed to be mostly level and no difficult angles for the back in sites. Bathrooms were clean and had hot water. The RV park is, in fact, associated with the Resort across the street. It was pretty dusty until the rain came and knocked it down. The forest service campgrounds were definitely more private and secluded, but do not have any hookups.

Stayed at the resorts RV Park that had Water and electric with a dump station as you exit. Additional public toilets with pay showers and laundry for those in need. Price was only about 2/3rds what the RV P on the highway was charging. Main resort has 17 cabins and full restaurant with a recently expanded store, also boast ramp with rental mirage if needed.

Not A Resort!
Basic RV park. Quiet. No wifi or signal at all. Only W/E with dump station. No guest bathroom (you have pay per use). “Resort” is for resort guests. Only stay here if you have a large RV and can’t get into the much prettier federal campgrounds.

Popular Spot
Stayed one night leading up to 4th of July holiday. It was pretty crowded but all nice, friendly folks. We chose this campground because we desperately needed showers and we were not disappointed. Great hot water pressure and reasonably clean bathrooms for the high volume of use. Enjoyed a beer at the cafe at the resort lodge listening to live music. Spaces were a bit tight and we felt like there was little privacy from neighbours for such a remote location. We were also wanting a lake view, which this campground was missing.

Beautiful, But Out Of The Way
This park was very beautiful and quiet. Walk over to store, cafe, gift shop, water equipment rental, lake was 5 minutes. Gorgeous views of lake. Great fishing. Only bad thing-GPS couldn't find. Off highway 97, take a right on Paulina lake road (brown sign at road says Newberry Caldera-Paulina East Lakes) and go about 18 miles. Camp is on right. Would stay again now that I have found it. Found arrow heads on lake shore!

Very Nice
This park is part of a resort. The sites are spacious and pleasantly wooded. We stayed here because we could get a reservation and we weren't sure if the forest service campgrounds would be full. It turns out that the USFS campgrounds are prettier, but they have no power or water at the sites. The resort also has a restaurant and small store.
