We decided to drive in hoping there was a spot for the night. There were 2 available. The camp host saw us drive in and came to greet us. She was VERY nice! We chose space 8 which was nestled in the trees and overlooked the beautiful green grass and river. Our dogs loved playing on the grass and swimming in the river. Everyone there were responsible pet owners keeping them leashed, but it was very nice that there was such a large grassy area away from the campsites allowing doggy playtime. We loved our one night stay here even though the 6 miles off hwy 199 was narrow and wlndy.

Awesome park
It appears this park has been around for awhile. It is right along the Rogue River with some sites in view of the river. Ours were not but it was a short walk to the river. Nice open green grass fields were perfect for the dog to play. Well maintained, clean/hot showers and the staff was super nice.
We have a 31ft trailer and we had one tight corner getting back to our sites but found there was another way later. Maybe ask the host the best way to your site (we just followed the signs) if you have a 28+ft trailer and are in sites 15-18.
There is Verizon coverage but not very fast (3mbps/220kbps). For calls sometimes you need to find a good spot.
