We stayed 2 nights over a weekend. We needed to do laundry, the machines were clean, and their was detailed to use them. But the washers didn't fill on rinse unless you put an extra 50 cents in it at the start. Plus it was the weekend and they don't have a change machine in there, you have to go 6 miles across town to the only coin operated car wash in town to get change.

Mgrs take good care and it shows. Nice landscaping provides privacy. Close to Tom Pearce park and the river. Good place to stop

Managers did everything in their power to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The full time residents were friendly and even asked us to join them. We stayed for two weeks and the only negative was the weather. No ones fault.

It Works For Us

Stayed here twice so far. There are quite a few full timers staying here but all have been pleasant. WiFi is decent, bathrooms are clean. There is a bit of freeway noise, but it hasn’t bothered us so far. Would stay here again.

One Night

Level concrete pads. Freeway noise is a factor for the 4 stars. Seemingly most are longer term residents who were very nice. No real area designated for pets. Didn't use restrooms. Full hook ups. Cable tv. Might stay again....
