Not My Kind Of Place

It's OK for just overnight. Sites are inexpensive, but crammed together like sardines. Couldn't raise my awning due to neighbors slide-out. A narrow strip of dry grass and weeds between sites with no room for the picnic table and too close to his open sewer line anyway. Wifi signal weak if at back of park. Part of old section has trees but most sites just a parking lot. What I wasn't told was there is construction going on with dump trucks driving through the park every 15 minutes, all... day... long. Engine noise, sand and dust. And what's worse is they have a no refund cancelation policy. Going to leave early anyway won't be back.

Nice Place

Just stopped for the night, but the place looks clean and well maintained. The location is by far the best thing about this park; right in downtown, right on the water. Bath/laundry are clean, staff is friendly and helpful.

One Of The Best On 101

The campground is right next to the marina and Old Town Florence with great restaurants and shops but you can also crab or charter boats, and clean fish - all within walking distance. Not the best for kids although the dunes recreation area is a short drive away.

Nice location

The pictures online do not do this place justice. They look as if its just gravel and dirt. They really do have grass in the park as well as nice big trees and along the water there is some grass too. The sites along the water are mostly gravel but B7 is a very nice grassy one. Excellent WiFi as well. Would definitely stay here again. They need a fenced in dog area, so just 4 stars.

Fishermen's paradise! Love this place!

Stayed here for a quick night stay. Nice greeting and helpful. Clean, newer bathrooms and showers. Close to great little downtown area with shops and cafe's. Close to river and harbor. Will definately stay here again. Park was clean and we'll kept.
