Ok But Nothing Spectacular

Mostly permanent residents – very few spots for overnighters. Spaces were close together, but the way they were arranged made it feel OK. Full hook ups were OK. Wi-Fi had strong signal but Internet was not available. Nightly rate on website was $36 but posted by office when we got there was $45 less 10% Good Sam discount. The lower rate would be a good deal, at the higher rate there may be better alternatives. We did not use the bathrooms or cable TV, so no evaluation on those.

Nice, Clean

New management at this park is making a serious effort to improve its appearance. There are a lot of full timers in this park, but mostly in the back and their places are reasonably tidy. Spots come with water, power, sewer, and cable. Wifi is very spotty, but they say they're getting new antennas. Pads are concrete, but you face your neighbor. Bathrooms and laundromat are tidy. You're two miles from Depoe Bay, but can walk to a beach. Will stay again. Staff is very friendly and willing to help.
