Don't stay here. Unkempt and dirty. Full time residents are sketchy. Local law enforcement visits here often.

Did not stay. About 8 spaces. Only about 2 would accommodate unit 30 ft. Or more. At time, 2 semi permenant residents. 1 with makeshift dog kennel under trailer and one sad big dog. Owner seemed nice. Pretty view of South Slough. Located behind gift shop and near several other businesses. Music and traffic at night from adjacent bar/restaurant would be uncomfortable for me.
