We are a small, family owned and operated business. We love our RV park and know you will too! Come stay with us and enjoy our quiet and relaxing park! Make us your home away from home. We have 30 long, spacious pull-thru and back-in lots with full hook ups! We also offer free WIFI, a laundry facility, private mailboxes, a gathering area, picnic areas, fire pits, and so much more.

Nice Place
Small but clean and well run, they even make fried chicken up at their store (register for RV park at the store / gas station). Has tornado shelter, walking path, dog park, laundry. Nice and quiet. Would return if ever in the area again.

Fantastic
Great place to stay. This is the second time we have stayed here, everything is great. The owner/manager will guide you into your spot after you check in, we didn't need it, but always glad when that happens.

Great Park
We found this park by accident two years ago and we were pleased. Just returned for a two night stay. No highway noise and you can order dinner! Owners are friendly. Highly recommended.

Nice And Quite
Convenient, right off the interstate. Interstate road noise isn’t noticeable from here. Overnight stay. Very friendly owners.
They have a gas station with diesel. Reasonable pricing on both.

Great hospitality! The owners were SUPER nice.

This was perfect for an overnight stay. Right off I-40. Clean. Friendly. Nice level graveled lots. The owner showed us a nice walking trail around the park, which we needed after a long drive to stretch our legs. WiFi worked well. No cable, but no big deal for just a one night stay. We would stay again.

This is a nice RV Park. We got the catfish dinner they cooked and brought to our RV. I’m a Texas girl who loves fried catfish, hush puppies, green tomato relish, potato salad and a broccoli cauliflower salad. Fried catfish isn’t something I can get in Washington state so it was the best meal I had in my 3 week RV trip!

Bob Cat is the place to stay in Sayre.We have stayed there for years on the way west and on our way home.It just keeps getting better with improvement. Great host . Clean and safe.

Nice After A Day Of Traveling
Very nice, clean & quiet. Easy off I-40 but little hwy noise. Great Wi-fi. Owners nice & very accommodating. Dinner order was delivered to our site! We recommend the shrimp dinner!!!

Great RV park
We stayed for 2 days. Very nice owner, would check in each day if we needed anything. Clean laundry area. Very level sites with FHU with 30/50 amp . Easy access from I40 . Would stay again.

Owners are very nice and very helpful. Very nice place, clean and well kept. Noise level from I-40 is low and not an issue. Stayed 2 nights. Highly recommend

Great Stopping Point

Week Long Stay
Very quiet park. Easy to get to from I40. Free laundry was a nice change. And the park was just sold to a new owner who has some plans on making it better than it is now. Would recommend this park to anyone who likes being away from the daily grind.

Nice Campground
Super nice family owned campground. Nice gravel pull throughs. Passport America friendly. Quiet , little road noise. Free laundry. Would most definitely stay here again if ever this way.

Very Nice Stop Over
Very nice rv stop. Clean and nearly kept, reasonably priced. Complimentary laundry was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stop for a few nights out so. Thank you for a peaceful stay!

Pleasant Surprise!
Randy & Jessica are warm, welcoming hosts/owners. Park was easy to maneuver in, lots of grassy areas, complimentary laundry was nice to have after several days on the road. Very reasonable with Passport America card, got senior discount for second night. All in all a very nice stay. Only drawbacks were cash only and the entrance road was wild. We'll be back if through here again.

First Time Snowbirds
Great place to relax after a long day of driving. WiFi did not work but sure if I called Jessica up she would of helped with that but seems it was Christmas and all didn’t want to bother her and the family! But other than that very nice and friendly would recommend it to everyone! If it was warmer out we would be staying a lot longer!

Very nice spot for a one night stay over. Level gravel sites for hookup. Jessica was very friendly has complimentary laundry, very nice. Has a community fire pit for Gatherings around Sundown shaded during the day. Off the road and quiet would definitely stay there again.

Nice Off The Highway
We stayed for just one night, with pull through spots. Very clean and well kept. We did not use any of the facilities, but paying by envelope was just fine with us. The owners were extremely nice on the phone!

Such Nice People
I really enjoyed talking with the wife, she was so sweet and helpful to a newbie like me on a long journey. Very cool fire pit area with a grill too but it was a weeknight so I didn't get to use it. Will definitely stop through again if I get a chance :)

Nice Overnighter
Not far from the interstate, but you can't hear it, so it's just about perfect for a overnighter. The entrance is a little iffy if your in a big rig, but not a issue after you commit. Family run, very helpful and friendly. Roomy sites. We will be back.

Nice And Inexpensive
This joint is right off the highway but you can't hear the highway at all. The park has the minimum needed to enjoy a quick stop over: quite, space, small playground, and laundry.
The owners are super nice and only accept cash. To top it off military get a $3 discount! Will stay here again if we are ever passing through again.
