Nice Stopover

Stayed one night. Had a nice patio site. Greeted by a kamp kittie who hung around our site. Some fun farm animals in a fenced in area.

Relaxing Campground

The staff very pleasant.. escorted us right to our site. The office is big and has items to buy if you need something. They have about 8 hummingbird feeders on back porch.. hummers everywhere… this was a joy to sit and watch them fluttering about. Nice stroll to the lake and a few farm animals also. Bathroom & showers are very clean and roomy.

Rambling Randy

It was ok. Nice showers and laundry. Grounds well kept. No wifi. Felt real sad the living conditions a little donkey had to endure. Nasty water bucket, all muddy. He, or she, was real sweet, came over to get petted.

Troubleshooter

Very nice clean park with excellent access to I-40. Super clean bathrooms, showers and laundry. Friendly and helpful staff. Full hookups, great place to park for the night. Not good for longer stay. Lots of nightly sleepover traffic coming and going. Lake access is far away, muddy, and only hip deep out to about 100 yards which is as far as I walked. Swimming pool was out of order for our entire 5 day stay with promises each day that it would be up tomorrow. Kids fishing pond resembled a sewer lagoon with large floating beds of algae and was too gross to fish in. Dog park was Incomplete with only fence posts. Chain link for this was partially buried as if it had been laying uninstalled for some time. Don't bring the family for vacation, but this is an excellent overnight stopover to get some sleep and maybe fill the water and empty tanks.

Very clean and well maintained landscaping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I Would definitely stay here again.

Nice

Spring was in bloom here! They are open year round. That was a blessing to us. KOA’s are routinely pleasant.

Great Place, A Little Noisy

The wife and I stayed here for a couple of days in the middle of January. Pretty campground, clean bathrooms, fantastic sites. The price was good too. There was a fun little farm next door and some nice paths to Lake Eufala just a couple of minutes walk away. There was a bit of road noise from I-40 but it was bearable. The only problem I had was when they charged us an extra day because we checked out at 4:00 pm. It wasn't at all crowded, not sure why they had to do that. It wasn't expensive or anything, it was just a slightly uncool thing to do. Even still, we'll probably be back.

Great Stay

Place was nice, staff was friendly, clean grounds. Nice laundry room (lots of books to read) Quiet just off freeway but a little secluded. This place was perfect for passing threw. Only stayed one night but I would come back and stay again. Highly recommended.

Good place to stop for a couple of nights. It's close to the highway somewhat noisy, friendly staff, clean and keep up. Would stay again.

Neat And Nice

My husband and I stopped for the night. It was a good call. The campground was very neat and peaceful. It was located by Hwy 40 but it didn’t bother us at all. The Host was very helpful and friendly. We will come again.

Nice park. All facilities were clean and grounds well maintained.

Nice Place...

Folks were pleasant and the camp was quiet. Hours for the office are specific so if you need assistance otherwise plan to self serve until then. I would stop again any time.

Gorgeous Campground

Quiet, very neat, and spacious. Lots of trees and grass. Would definitely return!

Amazing

Been rv camping for a few years now and have experienced some nice campgrounds and good people. None of them compare to the hospitality we received at this campground. We felt spoiled by them. The campground was in excellent condition and very clean. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate us. We were traveling across country and ended up there at Christmas. They invited us to their Christmas dinner. It was amazing. I really can't say enough good things to give you an accurate picture of how great an experience we had. We also had an amazing breakfast there for very reasonable prices. We enjoyed our whole experience and hated to leave. Husband/Wife, 3 daughters, two dogs and a 33 foot trailer. Paul
