Spent one night but that was too much. The campground was nice but serious lack of shade. Sites were on a concrete pad with electric, water, and sewer. The roads in the campground were paved but that had serious pot holes. There was only ONE place to deposit your trash and it was at the the entrance to the campground. The biggest problem was the bathrooms and the showers. They were the pits. Showers were FILTHY. No TP in the men’s room. Numerous mud dauber wasp nests throughout the shower stalls. Garbage on shower floors.

Nice Stay
Great place to stay. You do not have to pay for showers. Clean area for kids to play. Got trash and stuff laying around from random folks who don’t know how to clean up after themselves.

Seriously? Pay To Shower
Not kidding. This state park's showers are coin operated! It's not as if the sites are free and they have to pay for the water by charging you to take a shower. The majority of the sites are occupied by rv's that are self contained with their own bathrooms and showers. So water use in the rv's is unlimited. Which means, to me, that tenters are being discriminated against and being charged extra for their use of water in the showers. A stupid and unnecessary detriment to this state park.

A pleasant surprise for a state park. This is a very nice secluded park with full hookups in several of the sites. Beautiful trees, nice cement pad sites, mostly level, trex picnic tables, BBQ grills and campfire pits.
