Rented a Cabin Nice Campground

We needed a cabin for the night on a long trip across I-70. It’s Christmas & we have the car packed with presents. I didn’t want to stay in a hotel where the car wouldn’t be secure so I looked for campgrounds with cabins to rent. Camping people are the nicest group and I feel so much safer in a campground leaving my vehicle with presents in it. I explained my situation when inquiring and they were so accommodating! They turned on the heater for us and called to make sure we got in alright. We rented the rustic cabin since we just need a place to crash and a morning shower before we hit the road again. The shower house is spotless. The cabin is rustic but quaint. One queen bed, a bunk bed, small refrigerator and an air conditioner (that we won’t be using on this 25 degree night, lol). The pond and dock are right outside the door! The grounds are very well kept. I’d highly recommend it if you’re in the area! Happy travels!

Great Little Park

This is a very nice smaller park with very helpful owners. Our 40' coach towing a car was a tight fit, but the owner helped us get into a beautiful sure overlooking the lake. Site was reasonably level. The road getting here is narrow, but no problem. I would come again.
