Great Sites And Wonderful Trails
We stayed 2 nights on our way to VA. Enjoyed the mountain biking and hiking trails. Impressive number if sites. Plenty of room and all paved and level. Some sites have tree coverage some do not. We were in area 1 and all but a few were elec only. So if u want water and sewage, reserve early. We filled up water at one of the many water stations scattered throughout park - however hose stations were located in opposite side of trailer so make sure you have enough hose to reach if you need to fill. Bathrooms were dated but always clean. Shower house for area 1 was updated and very nice - as someone else said, water pressure isn't great and took a while for water to warm up, but it was fine. Camp store had ample supplies and we treated ourselves to ice cream after a long road ride. WiFi is available at Camp Store. I would stay here again!

Dillon SP & Campground
What a lovely state park!! The beach area has basketball, racquetball, & volleyball courts, soccer field & batting cage, playgrounds, swim area and lovely picnic areas. The dam area also had a nice playground & picnic areas. For the campground, sites 115, 116 & 144 are the deepest & most shaded. Sure the shower houses need updating but they aren't the worst I've seen.

Nice quiet campground. Mostly level grassy campsites spaced close together without much tree coverage in between. Showers are clean and hot water flows eventually.

3.5 To 4 Has 5 Potential
The campgrounds are pretty neat , they sort of wrap around the small hills in the area so campsites are at all different elevations. The pads are paved and fairly level. Nice modern playgrounds for the little ones. Nice camp store, and beach. Bathrooms and showers need some updating and cleaning, a little scary
