Sandy Creek campground

Our experience here in June 2023 was good.The people were friendly and helpful, they had nice scenery and games to play.We hiked down from the campground to see several waterfalls in which this property can access,"Stone Mountain", North Carolina.It was peaceful.We tent camped by the stream and had access to electricity, through a long extention cord,which we brought. The only thing,that could be improved upon,is the bathroom could use more showers and stalls,if they get really busy.The location for visiting,Stone mountain was great!

Spacious sites. Grass cover area. Bath house. Electric and water $35 RV $25 Tent, Camp along the River . Very secluded hike into Stone Mountain State Park. Folks very friendly. Activities for young and old.
