$60
Retitled A Mobile Home Park.
Booked in July 2020. This park of 250+ sites has approximately 20 overnight spots. The pool seemed small in the pics but was reasonably roomy with 20 people at a time due to Covid. The staff was friendly each time I interacted with them. The location is half way between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach, about 15-20 minutes either way. The cable TV was good but difficult to set up. Bathhouse has 7 individual rooms with shower sink and toilet with great AC. The property is taken care of but the day we were at the beach the back and side of my camper was covered with grass. I didn’t appreciate that at all. There is access to the sound and a boat ramp off the property, through the back gate and down the street about 1/2 mile. There is a small store in the property but there is a Dollar General almost directly across Hwy 24. Closest Walmart is 15 minutes to Morehead City. This place is NEAR the beach. At one time prob a nice place, but nothing fancy here.

Bad Customer Service
We were booked for 4 nights and I spent over an hour on the day before trying to add a night
When were we not able to ever reach anyone even thou we were calling during their business hours
We showed up late in hopes of getting a space. There were plenty of empty ones so we took one but didn’t hookup
Just a place to park for the night. And no access to pool or bathrooms because you get a pass key when you check in
Next morning I was met with a blank stare at why no one answers the phone and told I owed $74.00 for last night since you parked here
I should have left then t I had plans in the area and no other reservations
Not in a million years would I go back, dirty, overpriced and not nice to boot

Not Good
This is more of a trailer park than a campground. The pool is very dirty. The rates are very high. We were charged $80 a night.

Too Much $$$ For What You Get
This is an okay campground but the price is ridiculous. Not sure what you are supposed to be getting for $70 a night. We had a discount to pay $50/nite and even that was too much. Pull thru sites are ok size but not large. You get a picnic table and fire pit. You are supposed to get cable TV and we were given a remote and instructions. When it didn’t work and we went to the office they said WE had to call THEIR service provider. We did, forever on hold, worked thru the automated system and finally got an appt for the next morning. So no cable 1st nite. It was resolved the next day by Spectrum. WiFi only works at the office or pool room. Yes, there’s a pool that closes up very early, something like 6:30 pm. Roads are narrow. Not close to beach.

Not Worth The Price
Very little room between spaces not even enough for a picnic table I would expect better amenities at a national forest park
