Great Place To Camp
We just went here for our first time. We arrived 10/15 and left 10/17. Everything was top notch. Check in was smooth and then escorted to large and level lot. Customer service was good as the staff camp by periodically checking on us. The made rounds all day taking up trash and other things needed. The grounds were very well maintained. We didn’t need to use their restrooms or bath houses so I can’t testify to that. They have a nice dock for you to view the Neuse River or fish. They have pond fishing as well. Our site was #50. It had a round table with umbrella and 4 chairs. There was also a double glider chair and a fire pit. We stayed in a 43’ 5th wheel. Our site had enough room for us to park the camper our truck and 2 more vehicles. Ms. Pat and the staff do an excellent job and we are glad we got to go there. We will definitely go back. Week day rate was 85 and weekend was 95 per night. KOA membership saved us 17.50.

Great RV Park
This was our first time glamping in our new RV and we could not have picked a better campground for our maiden voyage.

Looks like New.
Stayed 5 nights. Great staff. Great campground setup. Easy to get around in my 30 ft motorhome. I would stay here again if we get back to this part of North Carolina.

Disputes the rain (out of anyone’s control) our stay here was great! Two nights to fill before our next destination reservation and this was a good place to fill that time. Great pool, playground, catch & release pond to keep the kiddos busy. Beautiful riverfront with dock and boat slips. Kayaks available for use (maybe rent, but did not inquire). There is a train bridge across the river and the whistle does blow but I thought that was a bonus as we like trains a lot. Very friendly and courteous staff, even had kitty treats for our 2 fur babies. A+ rating in my book.

Cute Little Spot!
Friendly staff, nice lots, wifi is good 3/3Mbps, cellular coverage is 1 bar LTE. Fishing was okay, didn't see anyone catch anything. The ponds that are catch and release are good for kids. The pool was okay great for kids. Best thing is you're 8 mins drive to New Bern downtown. Lots to do, best to bring bikes and park just off the bridge and bike around. Seafood is amazing and the history of the city is marked all over the place. Make sure you use trip advisor and make reservations to the top 5 restaurants. They get busy during the weekend but really worth it and not so expensive.

Very Very Nice Place
I recommand that KOA. Everything is clean and we can see employees often on the site. A lot of things for children. I agree with all positive comments already done.

Lots of nice sites, if you get them. Good base camp when visiting the New Bern area. Clean facility, nice fishing dock. Some sites close but most are wide enough for my mother in law...
