I stayed 4 days at Kimball Point in 78D. It was a wooded site at the end of a loop and very private. I loved the location. This is a double site. Sites were clean (except for 250 cigarette butts! WTH?) There was a start up of wood and kindling. Easy walk to the beach which was nice. Many of the sites in the middle are pretty wide open; many of the sites on the periphery butt up against the water with easy access. Looks like a decent playground for kids at the beach. Would’ve given it 5 stars except the central dumpsters were overflowing with a dozen bags of garbage on the ground! I’ll give them the benefit and hope it was due to the recent holiday weekend!

Pretty But No Frills
I wouldn't take a rig of any considerable size into the Cooper camping area, the road is extremely narrow with tight turns (we have an 8 ft trailer and it was a little treacherous even for us!) We stayed in the Nutbush camping area in site 19, waterfront with a beautiful view. (Nutbush can accommodate larger rigs than Cooper.) However, the bathroom just across the way was a single toilet stall. We didn't end up finding the bathhouse at all.
