Site 60

Nice well kept campground. Site 60 was not level, used every block I had to level the camper. No level place for a tent or the table either. Could use some grading and new gravel. Be careful, there is lots of poison ivy around this campground, including site 60. Reasonably good Verizon cell service.

Disappointed

Varying degrees of maintained sites. Choose wisely. Looks like they are in the process of updating the grounds as some loops are very nice and some are not. We were on Site 60.....very little gravel, and not level. During rain all the sites in that loop are mud puddles. We had to use all of our legos and Wood blocks to level our little 20’ Rpod. Nice access to the lake and quiet. We did not use the facilities but they seemed to be clean.

Kimball Point

I have been going to Kerr Lake for many years and Kimball Point has beautiful campsites and beautiful views of the water. Can’t wait for my next visit.
