Great Little Campground

Small but great campground close to Red River. Most sites are along the river and pretty level. CG is along the highway but is nestled down below it so that you don't hear much traffic noise. Vault toilets were very clean. The camphost Charlie was friendly and very helpful. Fill up with water and propane before going as there are no amenities available.

Terrific Little campground But...$18?!

Just beside the highway but you rarely hear it. The stream is stocked and the fishing is terrific. Everyone was walking away with their limit of five. Only 22 sites, very few of which can handle a larger rig. No hookups but water is available, just not to fill your rig. Pit toilets are present as well as trash service. Still, $18 is a bit steep. Goat Hill, just down the road, is only $7.
