Camping was good and the campground is fairly spread out. Not a ton of spots in this one, but there are plenty of fire rings. Unfortunately the bathrooms were still out of order due to vandalism. A tree near our camp was vandalized with spray paint and there was glass and nails in our fire pit. I'm giving it a 4 because of the location on the river and proximity to the surrounding area and attractions. River was washed out when we were there, but is typically full of trout in the summer. Other than major holiday weekends, you can guarantee a spot along the river on the way up to Taos Ski Area
