What We Wanted
We needed a nice level 50 amp pull through spot for one night and this KOA gave us that. We’re a self-contained Class A unit so we cannot comment on laundry or bathroom/shower amenities. Staff was personable and friendly upon check-in. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet
No road or train traffic sound. Good for overnight. Nice store, friendly staff. Not much to look at compared to most KOAs, so a bit on the high priced side, but 50 was with our KOA membership. Best for adults only. We would stay again for an overnighter if coming through.

Friendly, Clean & Convenient
Friendly, helpful staff. Cookie and dog biscuit at check in. Home made dinners available for delivery to your spot - YUMMY. Great base for seeing El Morro, ice Caves, Bandera creater, El Malpais and quaint Grants NM. Close to I40, but quiet. Definitely recommend.

LOOK out!! They will charge a extra $4.00 if you do not use online reservations. We paid 37.00 + 4.00 + tax ==== 45.xx dollars for electric water. (Not very good site D to H)Pull through 7.00 more plus added tax over 10%.

Great Stop
Clean, friendly well layed out RV Park. With continuing improvements planned, they will be an excellent KOA.

Drove Up And Decided To Keep Moving.
Gravel lot with no character at all. I’ve seen BLM locations that had more appeal.

Worth The Price
In typical KOA fashion, this park caters to the overnight visitor. Clean and secure feeling.

1 Night
Class A with toad fit on gravel site with W/E/S. Laundry facilities were nice. Bathrooms out dated with smaller the Rv showers. Staff were friendly and helpful. No pool. Little if any shade at sites. 3 out of 5

Keep Driving
This is a dirt lot with tight spaces next to a horse pen that stinks. No grass, sharp gravel and outdated bathrooms. We drove east the next morning and the next exit had a campground that had trees and grass. Can't believe this is a KOA. $47 and really, the worst place we've ever stayed.

Very friendly staff. The food was average and they do deliver to your site pipe n hot. The laundry rooms were very clean but a little expensive and two of the dryers didn't dry our clothes. They said they just fixed them but that wasn't true. If you use them use the one on very far left end. Would stay again but do laundry somewhere else.

A Great KOA
The grounds were well kept and clean. The staff was fantastic. The store was impressively stocked. The dinner available for purchase was a very nice surprise to us.

Nice People
Down side. ..no grass for dogs and the gravel was that pointy kind that hurts their paws. .. bathrooms are dated (but clean) but I truly prefer individual restrooms instead of dormitory style and at $38 was not a "deal"

This campground has the friendliest staff we have come across. The pie is worth the stay alone. Clean well maintained although older facilities. We will stop here again. And no road noise.

Great Service
We called in advance telling them we were going to be very late. when we showed up someone came in a cart, showed us all the hook ups, gave us free cookies, told us about free breakfast, and helped us park. Clean and great stop and go pull through spots.

Cozy and Homey
We loved this KOA. The staff were so kind and helpful. They even had a menu of homemade dinners, pies and cookies that you could purchase and take with you or they would deliver it to your motorhome/trailer. It was a quiet and cozy park. The K9 area had a little log cabin for the dogs to play in and was super clean with all the necessities needed to clean up after your dog. We will definitely stay here again on our way through next time.
