Great Over Night Stop
A great over night stop. Easy on and off the Highway. Just a few miles from Clayton. Called a couple of weeks ahead of our trip and made reservation. Worked like a charm. Was able to get my Good Sam discount. Road noise was not noticeable at night.

Great Place To Stay
Just stayed overnight and it was perfect. Very quiet and there were even some trees for shade. Campground host is friendly and has a wonderful attitude.

Traveling The US
Nice long pull thru sites. Had no trouble leveling our 41 foot Motorhome. We use 50 amps and had plenty of power. Front office lady was friendly and helpful. This is a no frills park and great for an overnight stay. Could use some TLC. I will stay here anytime I am in this area. This is no longer a KOA.

Great, Easy, Inexpensive
Clayton RV Park is a nice easy place to stop, especially if it’s just for the night! They have lots of pull-through sites that are plenty long and decently level (with our 30 ft travel trailer and F-150 we didn’t need to bother unhitching). There‘s plenty of light around the shower / bathrooms but the rest is a bit dark (lots of stars on clear nights)! We didn’t use the WiFi much but it seemed decent and there’s plenty of cell service. Our site didn’t have cable or sewer hookups but we’ve always just stayed for a single night and it was only 100’ from the bathrooms anyways! The bathrooms seem a bit older but are in good shape and always clean clean (even had classic 70’s satellite radio playing for a relaxing shower)! There’s a fun playground with kids most weekends and plenty of dog walking area! The owners and the other RVers have always been nice and for the price you really can’t beat it! It’s easy access, very cheap, and fairly quiet (except when a train comes through)

1 Night
Roads thru to sites need to be graded. Was really rough but some places like speed bumps. It was very clean and friendly. Pull thrus were level enough and the trees make it more protected from the wind unlike the other RV place. Was an old KOA.

As a newbie to RVing, this campground was perfect! The host was very nice and helpful. Nice level spots as well. Quiet park.

Tent Camper
This no longer a KOA. VERY CLEAN restrooms an bath house. I love this place because it still has great camp sites for tent camping.
Grass area., shade trees, water an electric, an picnic tables at the sites. $ 22.00
I'm not a RV camper but all the spaces are level an easy access. Road coming in smooth.
I recommend it especially if your a tent

Neglected
Very sad and neglected park. Looks abandoned and like no maintenance has been done in years. Interior sites are rutted, weedy and overgrown. We tried three sites before giving up and unhooking to level. Would only recommend in an emergency. Will not stay again - although the WiFi was ok and the lady in the office was very nice!

Good Place For Stopover
Basic park but good people. Relatively level gravel sites, full hookup, pull through. No cable. Road noise but not bad. Was able to refill propane tank on site ~ convenient.

One Night Stay
While traveling through just needed a place for sleep. It's not a KOA. Owned by a single nice lady just trying to make a living. No golf but did have a child's playground. Lots of spaces but few guests for November 1st stay. Has full hookups and would recommend for one night stay.
