$43
Spent 2 nights.Sat and Sun had reservations. 40$ plus tax. Did not see anyone we could determine as an employee. No one to welcome, check on guest, inforce rules, etc. Stayed here in prior years and was greeted by friendly staff. Glad we didn't need assistance. Did not use or go in facilities.

Dump
This place was disgusting. The bathroom was filthy with Feces all over the rom of the toilet. The shower was falling apart and dirty. Owner was nice enough but clean the bathroom buddy! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Great Owner
The park has a gaming room, laundry, book exchange, and pond to feed ducks bread.
The highlight of the park is the heart of the owner. He is truly a wonderful American and one of New Mexico’s best.

Best Park In Town
In the desert, this place has shade trees and a beautiful duck pond to keep you cool. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful with everything you need. Long, wide spaces are easy to navigate and provide lots of privacy. Very neat and clean. This park is well kept. The cost is very low. Gravel roads are flat and there is plenty of manuvering room. I highly recommend this park!

Not So Much....
This picture is quite deceiving... it’s a gravel parking lot right off of 54. The lots are fairly level and are pull through. I didn’t see any pond. There is no WiFi or cable but there were a lot of local channels. The owner quoted me $20 for water and electric. Ok for a sleep - n- go....

My wife and I loved our stay at Edington Gardens. Very nice amenities and close to town for any re-supplies. The ability to take a break and toss in a line for a bass or two at any time was an unexpected plus. John is very helpful with making sure your stay is pleasant. Will definitely stay here again.

Original Owner Back On Property
John is back! Stayed here 2 yrs ago for a couple of days and came back again to spend a couple more . Price reflects Passport price and if you stay next to pond it’s $15 for electric & water but no sewer .
Laundry is $ 1 to wash or dry, library is free and I always bring books to exchange
Owner John was right there when I pulled up and was really helpful with a list of places to eat and things to do
Previous reviewer said everything I would so won’t repeat same
Highway didn’t really bother me
Will definitely stay again
Thank you for being a great host John!

Nice Basic Park
Very friendly host/owner. Good gravel, level camping spots with full hookups. Price reflects Passport America 50% off. Note that electricity usage above 20 KWH on PA rate is charged at 15 cents per KWH. Quite a few full time reasonably well kept sites. No cable but good OTA TV with several channels out of Albuquerque. No picnic tables, fire rings or dog run. Very small but clean shower facility. Cute pond. Book exchange, laundry and exercise room. Four lane highway 54 did generate quite a bit of noise. Was especially noticeable in the early morning hours. Reasonable base location for seeing White Sand Dunes National Monument and Three Rivers Petroglyph site, both well worth the time.

Great park! Very reasonable rates and the owners are very nice. Sites are level and FHU. Wifi works well. They have a sweet little library with comfy chairs and free coffee. Nice laundry area, even a place to put down my yoga mat! The pond is very picturesque. I'll stay here again.

With full hookups, Great WiFi, and really good local channel signals, and was able to set up my DirecTV easily. I have paid much more for a campsite and gotten a lot less. There is noise from the 4 lane hwy in front of the park, but I bought ear plugs and never heard any noise again. Stayed here 8 days and enjoyed everyday in Alamogordo and surrounding cities. I would stay here again. Very friendly staff. Cost very responsible, below 20 dollars.

Very friendly host, greeted us quickly parked us quickly. No wifi, couldn't find showers and next to very busy highway. Can't get satellite either.

Pretty Basic
Fishing pond, laundry, book exchange, treadmill... Nothing fancy but it had full hookups for $15 (senior discount) and the owners are very friendly.
