Great Stay

Great stay, very friendly staff, beautiful pool and play area for children. Store is fully stocked with almost anything you might need. If you have Passport America you get 1/2 off during the week. We stayed in site #91 pull through very level. Only downside is it was very dusty and if you go over the speed limit the dust blows all over. There are farm animals when you come in and a nice little waterfall with a bench to sit and relax. Happy travels.

One Of Our Favorites!

Lots to do for the kids. Spacious, mostly level sites. Friendly staff and fellow campers. Bath houses cleaned daily. Camp store has just about everything you need.

Average campground

Staff is great, very friendly. Just stayed a nite, passing thru. Good value at Passport America rate of $30, but full price would be too much. Gravel and dirt pull thru site with grassy area with table and fire pit. Took quite a bit of fussing to get level. Quiet area. Didn’t use any facilities so can’t speak to that. Cable TV is nice but WiFi only works by the office.

Had A Great Time

My family and I had an amazing time at Timberland Lake .... The staff went out of their way to make sure the kids had fun... I cant say enough about the site we had , it was way more than enough room for the 4 of us... plenty of room to spread out and enjoy... just beware, there are some sites that are down right tiny.... do your best to scope out the size of a site before you book.... absolutely amazing fishing lake , they have some huge bass just waiting to be caught !!

Halloween/ fall

Very nice camp ground that surrounds a lake. They had may activities for kids during the day. Since we went during their Halloween they had it very nicely decorated. Had a haunted trial (which we did not partake sure to our small children) but people walking by seemed to have a great time. I do have to say they are not the best with information. After we went through the gate we were lost. Thankfully people that stay there are sooooo nice they pointed us to the registration area (left of the gate) overall we had a great time and we will be sure to go back.

Raw Sewage

We had raw sewage back flow over our site due their septic tanks. They didn't offer to change our site, check on us or apologise although they knew what had happened. Even when we told the maintenance guy what had happened he just told us he was on to it.
