DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER STAYING HERE!!!
If I could review this with a negative star, I would... We spoke to personnel when we made reservations, and were promised a pull through, full hook up that would fit my truck and 34' trailer. Far from that, we could not open our awnings, and site was far from level. Let alone we can not pull through fully. Worst site we have ever been on. Dirty, holes in road, mud everywhere, tree limbs falling on my new truck and new trailer. Garbage in fire pit that they would not clean and dog poop on our site. To make it worse I am disabled with lung disease, and I had truck squeezed on our site, hanging over on empty site next door. Owner called threatening to have me arrested, charge me for 2nd site and demanded we leave campground immediately. What a joke! I would never ever stay here again. BTW, WiFi and cable don't work at all. $62.50 a night is ridiculous.

Resort? Not Even Close!
This place is the bowels of hell! First, the owner is VERY rude. He clearly doesn't understand that WIDE angles & overhead clearance are necessary for a truck pulling a 42ft. 5th wheel. Regardless of what they tell you, logistically, this place is NOT maintained well enough to accommodate anything much > Class C's. After a debate w/the owner, he finally put us in A-Section. It was supposed to be a pull-thru, but 1) trees at this place are asininely low, growing crooked & so unkempt and 2) roads are narrow & terribly destroyed (see pics) the only thing you're pulling-thru is something < a Class C. (Maybe.) Section-A has no sewer hook-ups, so we were told to just empty our grey tank into the grass each day. There are ant mounds EVERYWHERE! WiFi is poor. *WARNING: The dump station is a legitimate BIOHAZARD. (See pics) *ALSO, when making a right out of (or a left into) this "resort," watch for 2 sets of low-hanging wires on Georgia Road. They tore off our TV antenna as we were leaving.

The Jersey Devil Lives Here
Sadly, this park is run down and not well maintained. It's too bad because it could be a really nice park. Unfortunately the office staff could care less about making improvements or hearing recommendations. The sites are nice and big, which accommodates big rigs rather well. The problem is they aren't maintained and when it rains the place is a swampy, muddy mess! The electric box to our site looked like somebody beat it with a baseball bat or kicked the crap out of it and wires were hanging out all over. The water pole looked like it had been backed into and was crooked. The trash dumpsters are constantly full and its a complete mud hole near them. The park provides you free wi-fi but the service is so poor you can almost never get a connection or you get kicked off. They must have some type of deal with the internet/cable provider because they refuse to let you get your own. The office staff can't be bothered to be helpful with anything. Miserable people.

Great Place
Tried various campsites on a road trip starting from Toronto Canada...this was the best one yet. Lots of space, tall trees provide great shade, good access from nearby fast highways, friendly staff, shopping nearby, 20 min away from the beautiful Jersey shores. If heading to the beaches get there very early to avoid the ridiculous $8 fee.
My rv is only 20 feet long but most sites can easily handle the huge rvs.
Improvements required...hook ups are not well built nor well maintained in other words things are falling apart. The washroom & shower facilities are small, older and also not well maintained, but I've seen much worse.
The large pool is one of the best assets and truly makes the stay worthwhile. Overall very good value for the money!

Nice Camping
The spot was OK (if a bit uneven)the grounds are nice, the dump station, not so nice. Couldn't get a full hookup as booked at last minute. Glad I was standing away from the fitting when it overflowed (immediately). Had to do a trickle drain.
