Terrible!
This park has great potential, and sits high above Mesquite on a plateau with beautiful views, especially at sunset. It is conveniently located close to shopping and I-15. The bad parts: No RVs over 10 years old allowed without photos, even though several run down RVs were present. The sites are large, but set up so RVs are parked facing opposite to each other, so the awning/sitting areas become shared by both RVs, which is very unusual and strange. The laundry room has only 2 washers and dryers and requires signing up to use. It is way too small for a park of this size. The owners don’t put much money back into it, which is typical. The managers don’t manage much and are rather clueless and rude. The park is run down, with dead grass, piles of plant debris and trash, thin gravel, and dog feces everywhere. A once operational water feature is now a hole with rocks, trash, and plant debris. They charge for everything, including electricity if over a week. Expensive. Avoid!

False Advertising
The pictures on the website are from years ago. The pond is dried up and dusty. The "dog park" is littered with feces, dry and dusty. The landscaping is in dire need of attention with weeds growing with abandon. Signs directing to the park are vague and not helpful. The facilities are not even close to the pictures. Refunds are not provided without a charge. The manager is a rude and most unpleasant person.

It’s Empty For A Reason
Stayed here once in the past. One other coach in the whole “resort”.
Called to stay a second time needed, 2 spots. It was 8 pm. She answered. At first gave me multiple excuses about another rig not unhooking his car blocking the lane, (the place is huge and empty) I stated the sites didn’t need to be close to each other. Then she literally whined, “oh, it’s so late”.
Then why did you even answer your phone?
To lazy to find two sites out of your 97 empty ones. I’ll park at Walmart before I give my business to them.

This place has completely gone down hill.
I will start with the good.
Easy to pull in large spots with full hook ups. The views are to die for and it is easy to find but far from city noise.
Now the bad
If you don’t want children please just put this on your webpage.
Please don’t advertise you have a fountain when you don’t have one anymore.
Camp hosts were rude and disrespectful to us. There was no good afternoon, but instead we were meet with “what are you doing here”, when we had reservations. That is not customers service.
No grass and everything was full of weeds.

Nice Place To Stay
Nice RV park with a pretty good view. Site was clean and organized. Short drive off the freeway (5min). Host was friendly.

Large Lots, Quite Location, But....
The good: large lots, very quite, easy in and out especially for big rigs. Level gravel sites. On site Laundry (didn't use but looked at facilities), small work out room, good wifi, and helpful staff. No kids were there during our week long stay. We enjoyed this as we were traveling to completely relax and disconnect. Clean trash areas and grounds. Highway size roads all the way to the entrance of park that are barely used, making for easy access. Lots of hiking and trails right next to the park.
The not so good: grass area was minimal around entire facility, park is not fully developed (google what occurred with bankruptcy and casino that pulled out in area) water feature in middle was empty during our week stay in October. There is minimal on site for children FYI. Crochet, and few games inside. . Some may enjoy this(we did)some traveling with children may not. We loved the park and would return if in the area passing through, Not a destination

Exceptional
This park has a better view and coach pad setting than any other park in the area without exception, I have no idea why rv owner's would go elsewhere. There is no pool or children sundry items, hay that makes it even better. We bring our own entertainment.

Nice Place With Lots Of Space
This is a very high class resort in the making! The club house is fantastic! Free laundry, work out room, top shelf shower rooms, pool table, ping pong and air hockey...all professional grade equipment. The grounds are beautiful. There is a downside today but the manager says it is being corrected. There is a water feather that runs through the park and it requires a large whining pump. We were parked near it the first night. We requested to be moved and the manager accommodated. We will stay a month in our 40' class A. This place is big rig friendly!
