Overnight Stay

Nice park. Nice dog run and a dog walk. A little weird with the mobile homes in the rv parking area but it was clean and quite.

Good Overnight Stop

We did not use any of the facilities so we can’t rate them. The spaces were fine.

OK...but not great

Meh...clean park and very nice residents although most are long term so as a short stay we felt a little out of place. Office staff is considerably less friendly and welcoming. The ‘welcome’ package is just a list of all the things that you can’t do. The cable TV is terrible. All the channels are analog so you are watching everything through a snow storm! WIFI is very iffy. If you get a good location it’s not bad but other parts of the park get virtually nothing. The whole park is beginning to look a little rundown. Time will tell if the owners will do the needed upgrades and maintenance. Not terrible but lacking in a few key areas. For the price it should be better.

Just OK As An Overnight

Don't let the name fool you. This is a trailer court that has not filled up yet. The roads are for cars and it is hard to get around in a big rig. Most sites are back ins because when the trailer is set in the lot the owner will have a small back yard. This is ok for an overnight, but the next time through I will try something else.
