I love Red Rock Canyon, so inspirational. I go every year. The color of the hills. So close to Las Vegas but far enough away to hear the wind and listen to the sounds. Just enjoy the basic splendor of the landscape, hills, hiking. The campground hosts are very helpful with suggestions and information of the surrounding area.

The camps only accessible from the internet resverations only...it has always been a climers camp but the government chased them away...guess the RV era have cash to burn...unless there is a fire ban...rate 1

So we might be a little biased as we are camp hosts but the place is incredible! Rural but close to Summerlin for everything you need as far as stores. Expect fire bans from May to September.
