Dogs
If you have dogs, don't go. Your dog can't go in your area, only in the dog park which for us was 1/2 a block away! I don't know how they thought we could stop our dogs from doing their business as soon as we walked out our door. We got fussed at twice by the security guard and the office called us once. She said if our dogs couldn't make it to the dog park to carry a mister full of vinegar!!

Well Kept & Secure But VERY TIGHT
Frustrated the pool was closed without warning, zero renovation activity with average 90 degrees, no break on cost! :(
2 weeks cost more than monthly (elec. extra for monthly). Very crowded tight but did work for us since we don't require much space. Says can fit 2 vehicles but only if you fill your front yard with one. Had to squeeze between both neighbors vehicles. Quiet at night, though airplanes start up about 6 am and throughout the day till about 9 pm, not too bothersome. FHU. Very well kept park with nice helpful staff. Clean facilities, bath house and very reasonable priced laundry.

Clean
We picked a cheap spot outside before the guard shack. Right next to Nellis Blvd and it was very noisey. Bathrooms were clean, pool looked clean, the 2 employees we interacted with were very personable. Good power, water, and dump right at our site, doggie areas in the park. Next time we might spring for inside parking for a quieter night.

Nice Place
We stayed here 1 night and thought it was a nice RV park. The woman I reserved with over the phone was super nice, The gentlemen that met us at the gate and escorted us to our spot, helped us back up and answered all our questions were extremely helpful, funny and nice! Thank you Bill. The grounds were clean and kept up. Lots of palm trees and nice trailers, the facilities were new and clean. The gentlemen at the gate did make us aware that there had been some kids jumping the fence with barbwire but they were patrolling non stop and to be sure to keep our things locked but overall it was a beautiful park and I’m super picky!!
Happy RVing !

Very Nice
Stayed here 5 nights while in Vegas for some family business. Excellent location to where I needed to be. We picked this place mainly because of the security which is excellent. To get in you have to go through a security checkpoint and there is staff patrolling the park all hours of the day and night. All staff there is extremely friendly and helpful, the majority of sites are all pull through with some that are back in around the perimeter. Full hookups, convenient walking distance to Sam’s Town and Walmart or the park is big enough to just get your walking exercise walking around the park. You won’t go wrong selecting this place if you are looking for an RV park in Vegas.

Awesome!
The park is one of the few nicer parks in Las Vegas. Most parks are a parking lot with hook ups. They have trees and lovely amenities. Will be back for sure.

Nice RV Park
We stayed here one night in early April and one night in early March, both times to have work done on our RV at Findlay's. This is the most organized park I have ever been in. They meet you at the gate (great security) and someone escorts you to your site helps you get backed into your site (if backing in is required.) Nice pool and hot tub (but it was closed the second time we were here because of Covid-19.) Sites are extremely large, but they do give you ample space and a picnic table. We would stay there again if we were going through Las Vegas. Paid $ 27 with Good Sam discount. Some sites are more depending on size. It was just a couple of blocks from where we were getting the our RV repaired.

The Reids
What, no kids?!?! I think that's what 55+ means! Good value for the money in Las Vegas. Clean restrooms; great pool; handy to town (used Uber to get around). Office staff is very helpful. Security is good. Will stay here again for a week to tour area.

Satisfied
Stayed 3 nights. Was in truck camper so size of space was good for us. Close to everything we wanted to see. Rates were very good considering they have security. Although we never did see security come thru checking anything. Checked in very late 11:30pm. People were very helpful and welcoming. Bathrooms and showers were very clean always. Very pet friendly, except need more areas to take them. May have to walk them a bit. Have foot protection because of hot asphalt. I’ll be back with my class A and toad in September and hopefully have same experience. We were told by some to chain up anything you don’t want taken due to people jumping the short perimeter walls at night and stealing bikes. Our dog alerts us to strangers

Am I At The Right Place?
As I read the comments as I sit here in the park and I wonder. First the bathrooms are just that bathrooms measuring 10 by 10 and private. Showers were hot and strong pressure. Best I have ever seen. Second there are not 2 pools, there is no pool for kid's. This is an 18 plus park. Dogs have there own fenced area and it is pet friendly. There is no grass but baby this is in the middle of the desert. Park is quiet, and clean. They must have 5 maintenance men working to keep everything spotless each day. It is not a resort, it is a stop over. I have visited other rv parks in the area and have found them just as tight and just as parking lot-ish. Vegas is a high crime city, so having a guard at the gate makes sleeping a whole lot easier.

Stopping By
No resort fee, nice friendly people, very clean. Pretty typical urban park, close quarters, etc. We got the "deluxe" pull through site for flat rate... Might be off season.

I Had High Hopes
I had high hopes for this park due to the 10's across the board rating on Good Sam. I am very let down about the quality of everything here. The bathrooms are not great at all. Showers also are underwhelming. Most of all the staff treated us terribly. I wish I got the name of the lady in the front office that was awful because I'm sure the park owners would not want her to be the liaison between the park and the tenants. Please do not waste your $ here. Go stay elsewhere. I wish I didn't have to stay one more night but they dont do refunds. Also park is VERY noisy. You will not get a good nights rest here.

We Liked It
Nice pools one for kids one for adults I don't know but I think the kids were better behaved than the adults, and they weren't smoking or drinking. We have a big dog and facilities were good for the dog with a large dog area just outside the park. Laundry, decent store We'll go back

Great Stay
One of the nicer RV parks in a great location. Staff is very friendly, grounds well kept. Beautiful pool and 24 hour security! We stayed a month and were able to receive mail. We are definitely planning on staying again next year.
