We pulled up after a long day of driving. Found same as previous review, permanent sign at office door says “no RV vacancies”. Continued on to Desert Rose RV park 5 miles down the road and it was perfect.

Gets the job done at a good price. Bathrooms are disgusting but park is well kept. Spots are small and confined. Some good neighbors and some not so good neighbors.

Called as it was after hours. Message said spaces available. Take space and settle up in the morning. Arrived at 10:30pm, sign on door no vacancies. Lady said that they don't update the voicemail. Thanks so much that is helpful when you are trying to find somewhere at 10:30 pm. Plus it is tight quarters to maneuver a 36footer around there.

This is a well lit, park with paved sites and grassy yards. It's also affordable
