Great stop, level pull through sites, nice community building in the center of the park with nice laundry, five bathrooms with showers that get 10/10 on my shower scale, sitting area with TV, table and several comfortable chairs, choice of lots of old school videotapes and DVDS.

Definitely a Rose In The Desert
I hate calling to make a Rese (I prefer to make online reses), but I’m sure glad I did, and the person I spoke to was fun and helpful. This is a perfect overnight spot to avoid some passes in the winter. This park is spotless, the people working here are fabulous and it seems that there are many fulltimers that take care of their sites. Driving in from Fallon, we were wondering if this park would be a dump, because that’s all we were seeing along the way ( originally departed Boulder City). This will go into my book of spots to re-visit. And their restaurant recommendation was fantastic.

Clean, full amenities, fenced dog area, friendly staff. Didn’t use showers or laundry but saw several people making use. Very pleasant. Just passed through for one night and will stay again. Affordable at $40 all in.

Nice Enough
Stopped for two nights in May 2020. Nice enough place, extremely friendly staff. Concrete pads are level and long enough for our 38’ with toad. Did not use laundry or shower facilities so cannot rate them. Internet was acceptable for general use but not for streaming. A little disturbed by the “resort fee” as we didn’t see anything that would qualify this as a resort. We would stop there again however if in the area.

Great Stop
Greeted by a very friendly & helpful staff. Pull through sites are clean, paved for parking with some grass. Showers were GREAT! Separate shower rooms with large shower, warm water with pressure, personal sink & toilet. Road noise disturbs sleep a little but overall a really nice place to stop for the night.

Repeat Customer
We have stayed at Desert Rose 3 times now. Always nice, and clean with concrete slabs and lawn. We had considered stopping in Lovelock but when seeing that “RV Park” we kept on driving to Desert Rose as it never disappoints!! About 4 miles off I80, but well worth the drive.

The Better Park To Stay At
I called several parks,to find one that would accommodate my 43ft motorhome towing a 24ft car trailer. They had no issues with the size of my unit. We stayed mid May through mid June 2018. The site was level but gravel. Wi-Fi was good. Neighbors were friendly. Staff was friendly and helpful. They doing beautification to the grounds. They don't have a pool. But they have a nice grill near the laundry room for you to use. The travel back and forth to Reno each for medical treatments was easy and the view of wild horse made it even better. Better Park than those in Reno. Will stay again next time we are in Reno.

Helpful manager and staff. Good WiFi.
Concrete pads, no problem leveling. A bit short for our 34-ft class A with toad attached, but plenty of room for the slides.

Excellent place to stay. We are returning from a road trip and on our way home. We didn't make reservations and arrived after the office closed. At the office door were envelopes with the available site number on it. It included the site map and the codes to wifi etc. There were 2 available sites and we took one. Our neighbors are friendly and quiet. It's clean with green grass and concrete pads. Ours was level. We will return!!

Where To Stop In Nevada
We were looking for a place to stop outside of reno. We normally avoid in town parks as they are always too crowed and close together. If I owned an rv park that was not in the forest, this is how it should be set up. Cement level pads, connections in the right place, 12 feet of grass between sites, WiFi and a rec room and showers. Check in was a breeze but we did call first. Friendly and helpful staff.there are trees between most
sites. Showers are nice and clean. Thumbs up on desert rose rv
