Stay Here Only If You Need To.

Good parts: Friendly staff, the Swedish lady in particular. No so good: poorly maintained muddy gravel lot. Close to highway. Electrical connection boxes lids falling off. A lot of full timers. No water at all if freezing. Alt 6000 feet, it gets very cold at night and will freeze your RV water lines if not careful. It gets a 2 for park condition, a 3 because it is probably the best site in town. and a 5 for staff.

Nice Showers

I've stayed here about 4 times over the last 3 years and have always had good stays. Good Verizon & ATT cell reception, quiet neighbors, clean showers, helpful staff. It's next to hwy 93 but traffic is light during nighttime and didn't bother me. Laundry on-site looked good but I didn't use it. Spots are level dirt and a little close to other spots but good enough for a quick stay.
