Still a very nice, easy to get to, and very clean and well maintained.

Clean, Quiet, Scenic

We've stayed here 2x in the past 2 years. Large private sites, good mountain biking trails at the east side of the park, some of the cleanest pit privies ever, good Verizon reception, no water, no power. But for $6/night? This is a can't miss spot.

Very Nice

Grumpy camp host, if you ask the right questions, you get answers. He does an excellent job of keeping the campsite clean and neat. Excellent job of the restrooms.

Outstanding!

Recently renovated, well spaced level sites with good tree coverage, impeccable pit latrines, and all for $4 per night with senior pass. Came for one night, stayed for two.

5 Stars...4 Bucks! What's not to like about this hidden gem. Don't tell anyone about this place. Oops, I already did.

Stayed from June 8th to the 14th. Camp was very clean.The camp hosts were very friendly and helpful. They kept the bathrooms in excellent condition. nice place to stay will camp here again.

Grate View

Quite clean and inexpensive, Large sites and Pit toilets were very clean. Nice dry camping site will definitely visit again

Great For A Stop

Nice, well maintained campground. Friendly hosts. Water was not working while we were there. More shade than I expected based on pics. Seemed to be a fair bit of litter about, which might be from wind and sparse vegetation which makes it more visible, but dumpsters were also difficult to locate.

Hidden gem

Really nice with some big sites. Way under used. Verizon 4G w/4 bars. Bushy trees allow satellite TV. No host, no water, no dump, but price dropped to $4.

Stopped here for one night. Clean, tidy, quiet and great outlook. Not too busy for mid-June!

Great Campground!

Stopped here during April (no running water). Facilities were clean and functional. Several open spaces.
