Definitely A Good Overnight Stop
Close off I80, this park was a pleasant stop. Multiple little lakes, plenty of camping spots. Older infrastructure but it worked fine. For the $37 for non-Nebraska resident, large almost level spot, clean, tres, trails, open spaces….YES give it a try.

Nice Find
We stayed here once going to Colorado, and once on our way home. Nice and quiet. The only complaint would be the ice cold showers.

Okay And Different.
The electric hookups are beat up and some have the plug ins ripped off. The pads they have on sites are beat up and uneven. The pull through sites, well they are special. You definitely feel like you're in the way and in the road. Makes everyone that goes by slow way down cause it wouldn't be hard to lose a mirror. All and all its clean big park. People are nice..

Nice Campground
Made the reservation but wasn't sure what we'd find. We were pleasantly surprised! Clean, quiet, well-kept. We got a "pull-through" site which is really a paved cut out on the side of the road, still no backing in required and plenty of distance (grass and trees) between us and the campsites across from us. We like this much better than the back-in sites. Plenty of space between sites either way. Only two issues here (why I give it 4 stars) - no water at the individual camp sites so you have to stop a get it from a faucet in your row but that's no big deal, and it would be nice if there were more trees to shade camps sites). The I80 offramp (mm 285) is about a quarter mile from the park entrance, very convenient. Restroom/shower are standard camping types and clean (I did not see any spider webs or anything like that). Laundry, located with the restrooms, - 2 washers and 2 dryers, both are $1.25 per load.

Great Place
Absolutely loved this place - only stayed one night as passing through. Great park amenities, paved pads, great layout and numerous trees! Would have given 5 stars - bathrooms could have been a tad better. Remember, this is a state park so they are not all that bad!
